New Delhi: The Humanity Development Club, an initiative of Satyug Darshan Trust (Regd.), has joyously inaugurated the 9th Edition of the International Humanity Olympiad, a ground-breaking and free 15-minute exam promoting human values, morals, and ethics. This edition of the Olympiad, themed “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (One Earth, One Family, One Future), is designed to cultivate the ethical leaders of the future. Over the last eight years, the competition has attracted over 60 lakh entries from students and professionals worldwide. Currently, the Olympiad sees around an average of 20,000 attempts per day.

The International Humanity Olympiad examines competitors’ awareness of basic human values as well as their capacity to apply ethical concepts in a variety of settings. It aims to instil the value of social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and cultural understanding in students.

This dynamism has received significant support from many state education institutions across India. With the support of Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, and Bareilly, the Olympiad has observed a surge in student engagement.

Anupama Talwar, Chairperson Satyug Darshan Sangeet Kala Kendra, said, “We are thrilled and exhilarated as we embark on the 9th Edition of the International Humanity Olympiad, a celebration of human values, morals, and ethics. With each passing moment, their ranks swell to a formidable 2000+, and together, they exemplify the diligence toward their commitments, forging an inspiring legacy within the realm of triumph.”

Educators, parents, and students have praised the Olympiad for its novel approach to character education.
